How a case gets published
Every case here is somebody's patient. Two rounds of anonymisation, a store that cannot hand out an address, and a human who looks at every frame before any of it is public.
A verified contributor writes the case
Anyone can read the library. Only a checked, registered clinician can add to it.
They anonymise the imaging before it leaves the hospital
The first line of defence is the person who was in the room. It is not the last.
It arrives in quarantine — not on the site
Uploads land somewhere kept entirely apart from the public site.
We anonymise it again
Scans are stripped to the medical standard. Photographs and video are rebuilt from the picture itself.
A human looks at it
No software finds a name burnt into a picture. A person has to look.
Only the reviewed version becomes the case
The reviewed version becomes the case. What it was built from is not kept.
The case can only be published once every item has passed
Not a checklist someone might skip a line of — a condition the case has to meet.
And then it is somebody else's teaching material
In the library — searchable, filterable, and open to anyone who needs it.
